Microsoft says not even disconnected PCs with the Windows XP operating system will be safe, because they don't have security patches and shouldn't be used on an internal network.

  • In the true tradition of the old IBM, Fear, Uncertainty and Doubt. FUD! FUD! FUD! Let's make people afraid. Maybe scared enough to abandon Windows for one of many solid Linux distributions. Microsoft has few friends in this world. Just about every OEM is a frenemy. And this hogwash, how does it make friends?
