  • I don't know about the mindset but...

    A Ford, Mulally had to work with Consumers, Dealers, & Distribution (parts).
    At Boeing, he had to work on new products with parts and features that didn't exist at the start of the project.
    He has also seen how to milk a cash cow and keep it fresh with the 747-100 through the 747-8.
