Jim McNiel abruptly resigned as president and CEO of storage vendor FalconStor Software, and Executive Vice President and COO Gary Quinn took over the reins.

  • One of my VAR buddies, Marty Lantz, CTO of Goshen, Ind.-based Mapletronics, later called to say that he has worked with Quinn and found him very sales-driven, especially in terms of managed services.

    "He really understands managed services. Having a partner who understands the challenges MSPs face is important. It's refreshing to have someone with that understanding."
