Phishing scams on Facebook seem to be a bi-weekly event. It could be a result of Facebook being a natural place for attackers to implement viruses and scams, or perhaps it is time for Facebook to increase its security measures. Even though falling for this scam seems ridiculous while reading it, clearly it is effective. It's one thing when phishing scams result in spamming friends' News Feed, but it's another when the scams compromise credit card numbers.
