    One other service to watch out for is Zukmo, which also provides cloud based storage, sharing, collaboration, mobile access and aggregates content from multiple sources like google docs, twitter, rss feeds, bookmarks

    As per my knowledge Binfer(http://www.binfer.com) offers a very secure way to transfer large files. It does so by transferring files directly from computer to computer instead of uploading them on some questionable servers.
