Autotaks is selling VARStreet, an e-commece platform company, back to three employees who plan to run it as a separate company.

    The problem with VarStreet has nothing to do with who owns it, the real problem is that many "features" don't work as advertized - period. Transferring the ownership back to India (along with tech support) only makes a bad problem worse.
